Ontime Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Practice Manager/Registered Nurse to join our Wellness Center in Jumeirah. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice while also providing high-quality nursing care to our clients. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that our wellness center delivers exceptional health services and promotes holistic well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the wellness center, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery Provide nursing care, including patient assessments, care coordination, and health education Supervise and support nursing and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Monitor clinical practices and outcomes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or feedback effectively Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive wellness programs and services
Requirements
Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare setting Strong clinical nursing skills and experience in patient care Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of wellness practices and holistic health principles Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Commitment to continuous professional development in nursing and healthcare management
