You Role
As part of ER&D in the Middle East, you will lead the Hybrid intelligence practice within Capgemini Engineering. This role is focused on capability building, people development, thought leadership and solutioning.
You will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Hybrid intelligence practice.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes the strategic vision for the Hybrid intelligence practice within Capgemini Engineering, ensuring alignment with engineering business objectives.
• Establishes trust and credibility with customer accounts.
• Participates in pre-sales activities such as RFI/RFP related to offerings, shaping discussions, client workshops, presentations (proposals & pitches, use cases...).
• Contributes to offer packaging (GTM tools) together with the Portfolio, CoE Managers and Marketing.
• Operates with no supervision in complex environments.
• Sets and manages realistic expectations for internal stakeholders and project teams, ensuring feasibility and alignment with engineering capabilities.
• Fosters a collaborative and innovative culture, motivating teams and cultivating a strong internal engineering community.
• Manages a team of 4 to 10 engineers as People Manager.
• Upholds the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all professional activities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Scienc
• Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field
• 10+ years of experience in Hybrid intelligence, including 5+ years in a leadership or practice development role.
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, machine learning, and AI model development applied to industrial operations/ OT context or R&D/ engineering activities (e.g. molecule discovery in life sciences, material engineering...)
• Experience developing engineering solutions (Machine monitoring, Process optimization, Low latency, Near Realtime...) in Edge & Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Proven ability to lead internal initiatives, define technical strategy, and support Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working in multicultural environments, particularly in the Middle East, is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
