We're now expanding our capabilities with a dedicated Public Relations function--designed to amplify the reach and impact of our OOH and integrated campaigns across media channels, trade platforms, and digital conversations.

About the Role
As our PR Specialist, you will take the lead in developing and managing a comprehensive PR strategy that turns high-profile OOH activations into headline-worthy stories. Working closely with our media, creative, and client teams, you'll craft compelling narratives that highlight the power of our campaigns while enhancing MAG International's presence across the UAE media and advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

PR Specialists- Out-of-Home & Integrated Campaigns

Develop and execute PR strategies that complement and extend OOH campaigns, increasing earned visibility and credibility. Identify media angles and story opportunities around campaign launches, creative executions, key locations, and performance insights. Write impactful press releases, media pitches, and feature articles that engage local and regional audiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across lifestyle, business, marketing, and advertising media. Secure meaningful coverage in print, digital, and broadcast outlets that support client and agency objectives. Advise clients on PR opportunities linked to their campaigns and provide media insights that enhance their communication plans. Proactively promote agency work, awards, partnerships, and milestones to position MAG International as a thought leader in the media space. Track coverage, sentiment, and share of voice, and deliver clear reporting to clients and internal teams.
What We're Looking For

English speaker exceptional writing, storytelling, and media pitching skills. 2-4 years of PR, communications, or media relations experience (preferably within a media, creative, or marketing agency). Proven experience generating earned media coverage for campaigns, launches, or brand initiatives. Strong understanding of the UAE media landscape and active relationships with relevant press contacts. Confident communicator with an eye for creative storytelling and brand positioning. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A passion for advertising, creativity, and brand building; OOH experience is an advantage but not essential.
