Since 2008 Binghatti has been leading the real estate industry with innovative architectural designs and interior d\xc3\xa9cor, and is now expanding their portfolio to PR SPECALIST We\xe2\x80\x99re currently looking for an experienced Public Relations Specalist to join our team. In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for organizing and overseeing all PR activities and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be expected to handle any issues promptly and in a professional manner, to further promote our positive company image. The ideal candidate should possess an excellent communication skillset and have the confident to speak in public. ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing PR campaigns and media relation strategies
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. marketing department) and maintaining open communication with senior management
- Editing and updating promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
- Preparing and distributing press releases
- Organizing PR events with our internal team (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company\xe2\x80\x99s professional spokesperson
- Seeking new opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
- Addressing all inquiries from the media, digital media and other parties
- Tracking media coverage
- Staying up to date with industry trends.
- Preparing and submitting PR reports to senior management
- Managing PR issues
- Haven prior experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
- Have experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
- Have a background in researching, writing and editing publications
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Be familiar with project management software\xe2\x80\x99s as well as video/photo editing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Have the competence to work well under pressure
- Be creative and possess an ability to resolve problems or issues which arise promptly and in a professional manner.
- BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
