Job Purpose:
To be the PR Excecutive\xe2\x80\x99s right hand in executing all the PR and influencer campaigns in order to successfully grow the brands in the Middle East
This position will be part of the planning and managing of the brand\xe2\x80\x99s PR Plan in order to maximize exposure, grow market share and strengthen the brands standpoint as opposed to competitors
Contract : Temp We currently have an opportunity for a Public Relations Executive to join us on a 1 year temporary contract to manage and implement a fully integrated Public Relations (PR) programmes for skincare and fragrance brands*. The PRExecutive will be responsible for executing all public relations initiatives/activations for skincare and fragrance brands. This role will be instrumental in implementing PR campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance the overall brands\xe2\x80\x99 image. You will have to have a deep understanding and passion for the beauty industry and work collaboratively with the Brand team & key local partners, as well as primary contact with our global brand partners. Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for executing all PR & Communication activities and ensuring they are implemented according to market activation plan and brand guidelines to drive brand awareness and traffic
Responsible for coordinating and executing events, press trips, and shoots. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure these events run smoothly and successfully showcase the brands
Responsible for overseeing paid influencer campaigns. This includes dealing with the day to day with the influencers, developing a content calendar, creating content briefs, and ensuring that influencer posts are shared in a timely manner.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and press Must have strong project management skills to oversee the entire process from
to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are met and the campaigns are executed successfully
Manage all PR seedings end to end process on a launch and monthly basis. This includes developing the mailer list of press and influencers.
Develop and compile PR & Communication research in the GCC - including trends, competitor ensure this is updated regularly. Includes benchmarking best practice and ensuring that these are incorporated into the practices, policies and approaches for the team.
Monitor and report on PR campaign effectiveness/performance, using media monitoring platform and KPI metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices
Influencer\'s screening and identifying new potential brand advocates
Support Marketing department when needed on cross functional activations
Qualifications:
Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred, ideally within the beauty industry. Previous experience with branding or agency work is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong copywriting and editing abilities
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, able to work under pressure effectively & efficiently
Team management experience
Knowledge of media & PR trends, planning, execution and reporting (including different KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in the PR landscape) of PR Campaigns
Strong understanding of the KSA Market
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to constantly juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive demeanor with a can-do attitude
Influencer relationships within the GCC region
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Creative thinker and proactive, resourceful problem solver
Ability to seek out and identify up-and-coming global beauty, fashion and culture trends.
