About the job PR/ Corporate Communications Manager
Purpose of the role: The PR Manager will be responsible for driving the awareness of the Company brand and developing an enviable corporate image by leading and executing effective communication and media relations programs. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, is able to think outside the box, and has stellar communication skills (written and verbal). The candidate should also have an extensive network of media contacts, and an awareness of the latest industry trends & events. Duties and Responsibilities: Planning
Develop a communications & media relations plan (in line with marketing) including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
Communications
Write & distribute interesting and engaging press releases, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
Events
Suggest relevant events to participate in (networking, exhibitions, etc.) as well as relevant speaking engagements (round tables and panel discussions).
Influencers & Brand Ambassador Management
Identify & suggest relevant influencers to work with the brand.
