• Develop PR strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
• Coordinate all public relations activities
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests
• Create content for press releases, newsletters, articles, and keynote presentations
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
• Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
• Support in selecting an agency, either project-wise or on a retainer basis
• Work closely with agencies in creating brief, send to agencies for certain jobs such as press conferences
• Message house to be well updated
• Manage round table conferences/meeting along with agencies, arrange gifts for PR, maintain good relationship with journalist
• Coordinating the investor relation function with finance

• Develop a communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
• Develop and execute a yearly calendar for internal and external communication
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy
• Coordinate with all departments internally to ensure news updates and information accuracy on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the preparation of FAQ, Fact sheet, all data to be updated
• Work on company newsletter including Projects, divisions
• Provide support to review documents related to awards for company and divisions
• Work on standard communications that are sent out to stakeholders internal / external & updated from time to time, if required
• Review, proofread and translate marketing materials and website content
