The PR & Communication Specialist is responsible for enhancing the company's brand visibility, managing public relations activities, and ensuring consistent communication across all internal and external channels. This role will develop and execute communication strategies, manage media relations, create compelling content, and support corporate branding initiatives to strengthen PSI's position as a leading real estate brokerage.
Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations & Media Management
Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
Prepare press releases, media pitches, and briefing documents.
Manage PR events, press conferences, and media interviews for senior leadership.
Monitor media coverage and share weekly/monthly reports with insights.
Corporate Communication
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Draft internal communications, announcements, CEO messages, newsletters, and internal memos.
Support crisis communication planning and immediate response actions.
Create and maintain communication guidelines and brand tone of voice.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Produce high-quality content for campaigns, company profiles, website, and social media.
Write speeches, talking points, and presentation narratives for leadership.
Ensure content accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with brand standards.
Brand Management
Support brand-building initiatives and corporate identity development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between PR efforts and overall marketing goals.
Manage awards submissions, industry recognitions, and partnership opportunities.
Event & Community Engagement
Coordinate community engagement initiatives, sponsorships, and CSR activities.
Support planning and communication for corporate events, exhibitions, and client functions.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track PR performance metrics and communication KPIs.
Conduct competitor PR analysis and market trends research.
Recommend continuous improvements to communication strategies.

Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.

Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PR and corporate communications (preferably in UAE).
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate sectors is highly preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
