Supervise and manage daily operations of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vehicle wrapping activities.
Lead, train, and monitor technicians to ensure high-quality installation standards are met.
Inspect vehicles before, during, and after PPF/wrapping to ensure flawless finish and compliance with company quality standards.
Allocate jobs, plan workflow, and ensure timely completion of projects as per customer commitments.
Ensure correct use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage and control costs.
Handle complex or premium installations personally when required.
Maintain strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and workshop discipline standards.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Sales, and Operations teams regarding job status and customer requirements.
Address customer concerns, complaints, or rework issues professionally and promptly.
Monitor inventory levels of PPF, wrapping films, and consumables; raise requisitions as needed.
Keep records of jobs completed, technician performance, and material usage.
Stay updated with latest PPF and wrapping techniques, products, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
Requirement
5 years UAE experience in the same filed
Education : Bachelors Degree
