We are looking for a

skilled and detail-oriented PPF & Window Tint Installer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Paint Protection Film installation, window tinting, and automotive surface preparation. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a passion for delivering top-quality work to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Install

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

on various vehicle models with high precision Apply

window tint films

(ceramic, carbon, dyed, etc.) according to industry standards Perform surface prep, cleaning, cutting, and trimming to ensure flawless finishes Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and professionally Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate clearly with customers and team members Support additional detailing or wrapping tasks when needed

Requirements

Proven experience in

PPF installation

Strong skill in

window tint installation

Ability to work with plotters and hand-cutting techniques Excellent attention to detail and steady hand skills Knowledge of different film types and installation techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with major PPF brands (XPEL, Sun Tek, STEK, 3M, etc.) Experience with ceramic coatings or vinyl wrapping is a plus Valid driving license
