Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA):
Conducting precise installation of window tint films.
Applying paint protection films to various parts of the vehicle.
Ensuring all film applications are smooth, free from bubbles or defects.
Preparing and cleaning vehicle surfaces before film application.
Maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness in the workspace.
Providing basic car care services as needed.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality work.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Number of vehicles serviced daily/weekly.
Quality of installation (e.g., minimal to zero rework or customer complaints).
Turnaround time per vehicle.
Adherence to company SOPs and safety protocols.
Client satisfaction ratings or feedback.
Reduction in material waste during application.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform professional installation of window tint and PPF on all types of vehicles.
Ensure precise cutting, trimming, and fitting of film materials.
Handle and maintain installation tools and film materials carefully.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding work status.
Conduct quality checks on completed jobs.
Stay updated on the latest techniques and materials in tinting and PPF.
Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Stream:
Automotive Services / Vehicle Maintenance / Car Care
Specialization:
Automotive Tinting and Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installation
Skills and Competencies:
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Knowledge of various types of window tint and PPF materials.
Ability to use tinting tools and plotters.
Basic understanding of vehicle types and body panels.
Physical stamina for long hours of standing and vehicle handling.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Customer service and communication skills.
Work Experience:
2 to 3 years in automotive tint and/or PPF installation.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in tinting or PPF installation for automotive.

Language Skills:
Proficient in English (basic communication)
Knowledge of additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog) is a plus
