Job Description

To accurately pre-cut Paint Protection Film (PPF) patterns using specialized software and cutting equipment to ensure efficient, precise, and high-quality installations on vehicles. The PPF Pre-Cutter supports the installation team by preparing kits based on job requirements and vehicle specifications.

Key Responsibilities:



Use designated PPF cutting software (e.g., Core, Graphtec Studio, or other template programs) to select and customize patterns. Operate plotter/cutter machines to pre-cut PPF templates according to vehicle make, model, and customer specifications. Adjust pattern templates as necessary to accommodate custom jobs or special requests (e.g., full front, full body, door cups, trunk sills, etc.). Label and organize pre-cut film pieces for easy identification and application by the installers. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and cutting accuracy. Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring PPF rolls and materials are stored properly. Track material usage and report low inventory or supply needs to the supervisor. Collaborate with the PPF team to meet daily job targets and ensure timely preparation of kits for scheduled installations. Perform quality checks on pre-cut kits to ensure no misalignment, incomplete cuts, or material defects. Maintain records/logs of daily cutting jobs and template versions used. Follow safety and company guidelines during machine operation and material handling.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:
