We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team, specializing in the installation and repair of auto glass and other automotive components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Duties
Install and replace auto glass in various vehicles, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Perform vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including buffing and detailing.
Conduct thorough inspections of installed components to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Assist in auto restoration projects as required, utilizing mechanical knowledge and skills.
Skills
Proficiency in auto glass installation techniques and tools.
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance.
Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
Ability to perform buffing and other finishing techniques effectively.
Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus, enhancing versatility in installation tasks.
5 to 6 years experience.
