Power Tools Service Coordinator

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process
tool service requests
from our various projectsCheck stock availability
for the requested brand and model. Recommend and coordinateequivalent alternatives
from other brands when required. Managemulti-brand tool inventory
(Hilti, Makita, Bosch, Dewalt, etc.). Maintain service schedules and ensure timelytool maintenance/repairs
. Liaise with theworkshop, sales team, and store
for smooth tool movement. Keep records oftool usage, maintenance logs
, and service history. Follow up on tools sent for repair and ensure quick turnaround. Ensure all tools meetsafety and operational standards
before deployment.Requirements:
Proven experience in
power tools coordination or service
role (minimum 2 years). Strong knowledge ofmulti-brand power tools
and equivalent model mapping. Ability tointerpret technical specifications
and recommend the right tool Familiar to handle above 3000 unit of power tools Basic understanding of tool servicing and preventive maintenance cycles. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiarity withtool tracking or inventory software
is a plus. UAE experience andvalid driving license
is a bonus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
