Job Description
As an Outdoor Salesman, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify potential customers and generate leads through outdoor activities, such as door-to-door canvassing, street events, and outdoor exhibitions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, calls, meetings, and sales outcomes. Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience and knowledge in Power Tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
