Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for data modeling and report development.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to source and prepare data for reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective validation processes.
- Optimize report performance and usability to enhance user experience.
- Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices to improve reporting standards.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Power BI development.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including strong skills in DAX and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases for data manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision making.
