CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyse and model complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
- Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for HR that effectively communicate data insights and support decision-making processes.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly visualizations that highlight key trends, patterns, and insights.
- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.
- Work closely with other HR team members, including data analysts and business stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends. Propose improvements and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Microsoft Power BI certification(s).
