Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence, with a proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their reporting needs.

Perform data modeling and data preparation using Power Query and DAX.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.

Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights that drive business improvements.

Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.

Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and enhancements.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
?

Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop.
?

Experience with SQL and data extraction from various sources (databases, Excel, etc.).
?

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
?

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
?

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing concepts.
