CLIENT wants to approach one onsite resources specialized in Business intelligence especially in Power BI tool that develop reports to provide insights to improve management decision-making.

General Requirements

1.1. A Business Intelligence developer of Power BI resource with the following knowledge/experience:



1.1.1. Hands-on experience with Power BI tool.



1.1.2. In Depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Business intelligence stacks such as Power Pivot, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.



1.1.3. Proficiency in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of the Power BI application.



1.1.4. Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and other JavaScript libraries.



1.1.5. Ability to communicate with business as well as technical teams.



1.1.6. Experience in create dashboard and visual interactive repots using Power BI.



1.1.7. Experience understating data models to convert raw data into meaning visual.



1.1.8. Experience in DAX queries and functions in Power BI.



1.1.9. Experience in M queries and functions in Power BI.



1.1.10. Experience in perform SQL query.



1.1.11. Experience to conduct data warehouse development.



1.1.12. Ability to make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their functioning.



1.1.13. Experience in data analytics: The ability to drill down on data and visualize it in the best possible way through charts, repots, or dashboard.



1.1.14. Documenting, designing, and modeling solutions and explaining, representing, and discussing the same with the team.



1.1.15. Excellent in ETL which involve data gathering from various sources, transforming it into a usable format, and loading it into a data warehouse for analysis.



1.1.16. Experience in monitoring database and handling expectations



1.1.17. Knowledge on Query Performance Tuning.



1.1.18. Knowledge in troubleshooting & debugging.



1.1.19. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.



1.1.20. Manage and administer Power BI servers



1.1.21. Knowledge in data security which controlling on access and data protection measures.



1.1.22. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.



1.1.23. Conduct system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.



1.1.24. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in business intelligence tools.
