Postdoctoral Fellow
Job Description
The Department of Mathematical Sciences at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is inviting applications for a postdoctoral position with Dr. Houssam Abdul-Rahman in the field of Mathematical Physics starting from September 2025. We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to contribute to research in one or more of the following areas: o Transport in many-body systems o Quantum walks o Periodic and quasi-periodic Schrodinger operators Related areas, such as Quantum Information, may also be considered. This position is supported by research funds from Dr. Houssam Abdul-Rahman.
Minimum Qualification
Applicants must hold a PhD in Mathematics and have a strong background in one of the listed research areas, along with an excellent academic record.
Preferred Qualification
Experience with research in the research areas listed above.
