Job Description
Exciting Post-doctoral position in a funded project on Development of plant-based meat analogue from novel protein sources is available for experienced researcher. As an enthusiastic early career researcher, you will join this research project at College of Agriculture & Vet Medicine at UAEU. The position requires a dedicated researcher who will be involved in carrying out the research experiments related with the project, student (UG and PG) training and day-to-day maintenance of the laboratory. This position expect a highly dedicated researcher with experience in the theme of this research and skills in carrying out research in collaboration with other labs and research groups.
Minimum Qualification
PhD in Food science/Food technology or closely related field. Previous post-doctoral and/or academic experience will be an asset. Indicatively, evidence of experience and the impact of previous research can be provided through publication metrics (h-index, i-index, publication and citation numbers).
