The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of post-tension systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage post-tension site activities, including installation, stressing, and grouting works.
Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, method statements, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and workers to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Provide hands-on guidance and training to workers on post-tension procedures.
Inspect and report progress, quality, and safety compliance to project management.
Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions when required.
Requirements:
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
in post-tension works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
Strong knowledge of post-tension systems, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Strong focus on safety and quality.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions.
