Post Fixing And Demurrage Claims Support Administrator

Job Description
:
- Monitor Generic Mailboxes of the Post Fixing and Loss Control Team, send claims acknowledgment to counterparts for the newly received cost claims and assign such claims to the respective analysts.
- Timely update of systems (Symphony and Endur) with details of cost claims received.
- Generate weekly/monthly/Periodical reports from the system and consolidate the Data for Team?s use as well as for Management reporting.
- Monitor Ageing reports/Agreed claims and regularly chase counterparts for payment value dates till payments are received in the company?s account.
- Arrange settlement of claims agreed upon by the Post Fixing and Loss Control Team, liaise with the company?s Finance for payment value date and convey the value dates to counterparts. Obtain counterpart's confirmation of receipt of funds.
- Consolidation of documents required for claims submission, as required by the team.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by Department Manager for Post Fixing and Loss control team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software.
- At ease with figures and data
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
