Position: People Advisory Consultant (Organization Design & Workforce Planning)

We are seeking a People Advisory Consultant to join our team, with a strong background in HR Consulting and Organization Development. This role is best suited for candidates with consulting experience (Big 4 or similar environments), who have contributed to strategic projects in the public sector or foreign affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to organization design initiatives, including operating model development and role/job architecture. Support strategic workforce planning engagements, applying data-driven methodologies to optimize workforce structures. Design and implement competency frameworks aligned with organizational goals and talent strategies. Drive change management workstreams, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning. Participate in business process design and re-engineering, ensuring alignment with leading practices and client objectives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consulting engagements end-to-end.

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience in People Advisory / HR Consulting (Big 4, strategy consulting, or equivalent). Experience in public sector or foreign affairs projects is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
