About the Role:
As a Studio Portrait Editor & Photographer, you will be responsible for both capturing stunning studio portraits and expertly editing them to perfection. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, retouched images for a continuous flow of family, children, and business portrait sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct studio photography sessions for families, children, and business professionals, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment.
- Utilize your expertise in studio lighting techniques, including flash lighting (flashguns), balancing flash and constant light, flash metering (incident and reflected), and controlling light with softboxes, umbrellas, polyboards, and various backgrounds.
- Expertly edit and retouch studio portraits using
- Lightroom
- Photoshop
- Latest retouching software
- Manage a continuous workflow of editing tasks from multiple shoots.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all edited images, aligning with the studio's style for family and business portraits.
- Ensure all studio equipment is used correctly and maintained.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a studio environment, with hands-on experience in shooting, assisting, or editing studio portraits, specifically family and children's shoots.

- Strong understanding and practical application of studio lighting techniques (as listed above).
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in family and business studio portraits is essential.

- Must be a female candidate, comfortable working with Arabic and Muslim families.
- Junior to Mid-level experience is required, with the stipulated minimum 5 years of studio experience.
