About the company: Forest Hills is looking for a motivated Portfolio Manager in (SECONDARY SALES) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional advice and guidance to clients interested in buying, selling or renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai. The candidate should be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Role & Responsibilities:
- Commitment to providing excellent, honest, and sincere customer service
- Advising buyers and sellers on current market patterns
- Good at establishing and maintaining business relationships and networking
- Determine the client's wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs.
- Sincere, motivated, and well-organized
- Innovative and imaginative with an inventive mind
- Stay current on real estate market patterns, conditions, and values.
- Respect real estate laws and have thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Non-Negotiable). Fluency in Russian, Arabic & Chinese would be highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market in (SECONDARY SALES)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
