Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Portfolio Manager to promote and sell real estate projects in Dubai. This role involves client meetings, property viewings, and closing sales with strong follow-up and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads Present and sell property projects to clients Conduct viewings and explain pricing/payment plans Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and confident Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus
