Portfolio Manager (Real Estate Sales)
Location: Dubai
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. If you have a passion for property sales and leadership, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of property sales executives
Set and achieve monthly sales targets
Conduct regular site visits with clients and ensure deal closures
Provide motivation and support to your team
Track daily progress and maintain performance reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales
Prior team handling experience is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
