Portfolio Manager

Role Overview:

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client property portfolios, identifying high-return investment opportunities, and providing tailored real estate solutions. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent client relationship management, and a proven track record in Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee client property portfolios to maximize ROI. Advise clients on real estate investment strategies in Dubai. Source, evaluate, and recommend properties based on client needs. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting. Stay updated on Dubai's property trends, legal regulations, and market opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum

3+ years of real estate experience in Dubai

. Proven track record in property sales, leasing, or portfolio management. Strong knowledge of Dubai's property laws, RERA regulations, and investment landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). RERA certification (advantage).
