About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced

Portfolio Manager

with deep expertise in the

Fintech or Crypto ecosystem

and a strong

technical background (Python preferred)

. This role will oversee the design, development, and execution of investment strategies, optimize portfolio performance, and leverage data-driven insights to drive alpha generation.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Management

Develop and implement quantitative and algorithmic investment strategies for fintech/crypto portfolios. Monitor portfolio performance, manage risks, and rebalance as necessary to meet risk-return objectives. Conduct back-testing, stress testing, and scenario analysis on trading strategies.

Technical & Quantitative Expertise

Utilize Python (and other relevant tools) to build, optimize, and automate trading and portfolio models. Work closely with data engineering teams to acquire, clean, and analyze large sets of financial and blockchain data. Build dashboards and reports to track portfolio KPIs and performance metrics.

Research & Market Intelligence

Conduct deep research on crypto assets, DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and fintech innovations. Stay updated on market trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments affecting crypto and fintech markets.

Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with traders, quants, and product teams to align portfolio strategy with business goals. Mentor junior analysts and portfolio associates. Present investment thesis and portfolio performance to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related field. CFA/FRM/CAIA certification preferred.

Experience:

12+ years in portfolio management, quantitative trading, or investment strategy - preferably in

Fintech, Crypto, or Blockchain domains

.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Python

(Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow is a plus). Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and real-time market data feeds. Strong understanding of algorithmic trading, statistical modeling, and risk management techniques.

Domain Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of crypto markets, DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain technology. Experience managing multi-asset portfolios (crypto, equities, derivatives preferred).

Soft Skills:

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly regulated environment.
