Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and motivated
Portfolio Manager
to join our expanding Off-Plan Sales Division. The role involves identifying investment opportunities, providing clients with expert advice, and closing deals on high-demand, off-plan residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties to end users and investors.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and investment goals.
Present suitable project options, including floor plans, locations, payment plans, and ROI estimates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developer launches, and legal procedures.
Attend property expos, developer events, and project briefings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales (off-plan preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client focus with a passion for helping buyers find the right property.
Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work in a competitive environment.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
UAE driving license and own car are highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
