Good knowledge of Computer. Job Responsibilities: -Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors and bringing sale. Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts. - Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on buying and selling real estate. -Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques. - Stay current with market trends and changes to better serve clients and enhance their experience. -Generate and manage lists of properties for sale. -Evaluate the clients\xe2\x80\x99 desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions. -Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability. -Assist sellers in how to best promote the properties to attract advantageous offers. -Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns -Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc.) -Manage all leads in a CRM system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications. - Work at client events of the company and events of partner companies.
