PORTFOLIO MANAGER Job description Hiring!! MUST REQUIRED 6 MONTH'S EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE SALES
- We are looking for a qualified Portfolio Manager to sell Real Estate property to prospective buyers.
- Responsibilities;
- Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
- Achieving the revenue target set by the management.
- Making sure that all the client's data is touched base.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
- Required Competencies;
- Proven working experience in real estate or Insurance industry.
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Exclusive Marketing Leads,
- Listing Support,
- Closing Support,
- Mobile Allowance and Travel Allowance will be provided.
