Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Portfolio Manager
to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate portfolio management, specifically with Bayut, and possess in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, commission, visa, and insurance.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a diverse real estate portfolio on Bayut. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients. Optimize property listings for maximum visibility and engagement on Bayut. Conduct market analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, preferably with Bayut in Abu Dhabi. Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
