Pool Technician

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning, vacuuming, and brushing of swimming pools
Test and balance pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
Inspect, maintain, and repair pool systems including pumps, filters, motors, heaters, and chlorinators
Backwash filters and maintain circulation systems
Detect leaks and carry out minor plumbing repairs
Maintain pool tiles, grouting, and pool surroundings
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Maintain service records and report issues to supervisors
Provide professional service and guidance to clients on pool care
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Swimming Pool Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of pool maintenance procedures, chemicals, and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
Certification in pool operations/maintenance (preferred)
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Valid driving license (UAE preferred)

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
