Supervise swimmers and enforce facility rules to prevent accidents.
Respond immediately to emergencies and provide water rescues as needed.
Administer first aid, CPR, or use an AED in accordance with training.
Inspect pool area for cleanliness, hazards, and proper water quality.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, rescues, and maintenance checks.
Participate in regular training sessions and safety drills.
Provide customer service and answer questions from patrons.
Assist with setup and teardown of equipment or pool activities.
