Monitor and supervise swimmers at all times to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations in a professional and respectful manner.
Respond immediately to emergencies and perform rescue procedures when necessary.
Administer first aid, CPR, or other life-saving techniques as required.
Inspect pool areas daily to ensure cleanliness, proper water quality, and safe equipment.
Report any hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management.
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.
Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and safety meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Certified Lifeguard
Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
Strong swimming and rescue skills.
Ability to remain alert and attentive for long periods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to handle emergency situations.
