The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons by preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and enforcing pool rules and regulations. The lifeguard maintains a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise swimmers and maintain constant vigilance over the pool area.
Enforce all pool rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
Perform water rescues, CPR, and first aid when necessary.
Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safety.
Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool deck and lifeguard station.
Record daily attendance, incidents, and maintenance issues as required.
Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons as needed.
Participate in regular training sessions and emergency drills.
