Eco Power Security Services is seeking a responsible and vigilant
Lifeguard
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers and visitors by monitoring activities, enforcing safety rules, and responding quickly and effectively in emergency situations.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor swimming areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Respond promptly to emergencies, provide first aid/CPR as needed. Enforce pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the pool area. Conduct routine checks of pool equipment and report any issues to management. Provide excellent customer service to guests and residents.
Requirements:
Valid lifeguard certification (Red Cross or equivalent). First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory). Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred. Strong observation and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergencies. Professional, responsible, and safety-focused attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
