Monitor pool area and ensure the safety of all swimmers and visitors.
Prevent accidents by enforcing facility rules and educating patrons.
Perform water rescues and administer first aid/CPR when necessary.
Inspect and maintain rescue equipment and report any hazards or maintenance needs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to guest inquiries or concerns.
Participate in regular training drills and safety audits.
Record incidents and submit necessary reports to the supervisor.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the pool facility.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross / Ellis & Associates / equivalent).
CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
