Assist in the setup and takedown of poolside furniture, equipment, and recreational activities.
Maintain accurate incident reports in case of accidents or safety issues.
Provide assistance and advice to guests regarding safety procedures, pool rules, and recreational activities.
Conduct periodic safety drills and participate in training to stay current with lifeguard certifications and emergency response techniques.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, including picking up trash, ensuring safety equipment is in working order, and monitoring poolside areas.
Provide assistance to guests in and around water, including those who need extra help with swimming or water activities.
Report maintenance needs and safety hazards around the pool, beach, or recreational area to management.
