Supervise swimmers at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Enforce pool rules, safety guidelines, and facility regulations.
Perform rescues, provide first aid, and administer CPR in case of emergencies.
Monitor water quality and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working condition.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area (including changing rooms and surrounding areas).
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the pool.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting pool users in a professional and courteous manner.
Report incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
