Pool Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the on-site construction team for swimming pool projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved designs, local regulations (Dubai Municipality), and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress against benchmarks.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on site.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven UAE experience specifically in swimming pool construction and/or maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
• In-depth knowledge of pool hydraulics, filtration systems, tiling, and waterproofing.
• Preferred: Candidates available to join on an immediate basis.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 7,000 to AED 9,000 per month.
• Company Car provided.
• As per UAE Labour Law (Medical Insurance, Visa, etc.).
