Job Description
UAE Experience 4 -6 Years in Pool
Design & Technical
Review and prepare swimming pool shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and method statements. Coordinate with clients for technical approvals. Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local authority regulations. Assist in value engineering and technical clarifications.
Execution & Site Supervision
Supervise swimming pool construction activities including civil works, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing. Oversee installation of pool MEP systems: filtration, pumps, piping, lighting, heating, and chemical dosing. Coordinate with civil, MEP, landscaping, and fit-out teams. Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs). Conduct inspections, pressure testing, and water-tightness tests. Ensure compliance with safety standards and authority regulations. Support site safety practices in coordination with HSE team.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Carry out testing and commissioning of swimming pool systems. Coordinate final inspections, snag clearance, and handover documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Maintain records of drawings, approvals, inspections, and test results. Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and close-out documents.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
