Pool Bar Manager
Food & Beverage Division
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Pool Bar Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. The Pool Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool bar, ensuring exceptional guest service, effective team management, and efficient business performance in line with the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel.
What will you do?

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pool bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the bar team to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, promotions, and poolside experiences to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor and control operating costs, manage inventory, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team and other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement action plans to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Ensure staff schedules are aligned with operational requirements and labour cost guidelines.
• Uphold the hotel's brand values, service culture, and luxury standards.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a bar management within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and current beverage trends.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, manage costs, and achieve business targets.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused outdoor environment.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style.
