Job Description

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality, swimming pool management, or related service roles is a plus
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area, including pool deck, furniture, and surrounding facilities
Monitor and enforce pool safety rules for guests
Assist guests with poolside services, towels, sunbeds, and equipment
Ensure proper chemical levels and water quality in the pool (supporting the pool technician)
Report maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents to the supervisor promptly
Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries professionally
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Pool Attendant, Lifeguard Assistant, or similar hospitality role preferred
Ability to interact politely and professionally with guests
