InterContinental Dubai Marina is seeking a Pool Attendant to support daily operations across pool, gym, spa, and recreational areas. The role ensures a welcoming guest experience through attentive service, cleanliness, and safety oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Greet all guests warmly and assist with information about recreation and wellness facilities
Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and organization across pool, gym, spa, and surrounding areas
Set up and arrange pool furniture, fitness equipment, and guest amenities
Clean and restock restrooms, shower rooms, and changing areas throughout the shift
Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues
Distribute towels, water, and amenities while monitoring stock levels
Keep storage rooms organized and report low inventory when needed
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols
Monitor recreational areas to ensure rules are followed and guests remain safe
Report hazards, facility damage, or equipment issues immediately
Ideal Profile
At least 1 year of experience in a similar luxury hospitality role
Strong communication and guest service abilities
Able to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Physically fit to handle an active, on-the-move role
Reliable, attentive, and proactive in guest interaction and area upkeep
Skills Set
