Nestled amongst the hidden valleys of the majestic Al Hajar Mountains, Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort lies along the coastal region of Dibba, the second largest town in the emirate of Fujairah. Set against a dramatic backdrop of rugged terrain, travelers can expect to discover a destination lauded for its natural beauty, with archeological and heritage sites all within easy accessibility from the resort.

Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service. Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner. Set up and maintain poolside furniture, including chairs, towels, umbrellas, and tables. Assist guests with pool-related inquiries or concerns, offering recommendations or guidance as needed. Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up trash, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of waste. Take guest orders, provide recommendations, and deliver drinks promptly. Respond promptly to guest needs, such as providing towels, or ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable. Monitor pool area for any safety hazards and address any risks promptly. Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to management and follow appropriate safety procedures. Ensure the area is compliant with health and safety regulations, including pool hygiene standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in hospitality setting is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Ability to work well as part of a team. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
