We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled
Factory Manager
to lead and manage ourPolypropylene (PP) / Polyethylene (PE) woven bags production facility
. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in thepolymer and packaging industry
, with solid expertise in machinery, production planning, and staff development.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the
production of PP/PE woven bags
, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery. Plan and control production ofPP lined bags
used forcement, sugar, and other bulk materials
. Operate, maintain, and troubleshootextrusion machinery
, including handlingmaterial mixing formulas
. Develop and implementtraining programs
and conducttraining needs analysis
for factory staff. Create and implementjob descriptions
for all critical roles and assessmanpower requirements
. Ensure effectivesupply chain management
, including procurement and inventory control.Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Polymers, Chemical Engineering
, or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience
in a similar role within thepolymer or packaging industry
. Proven ability to lead production units and manage technical aspects ofpolymer-based manufacturing
. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Preferred Candidate:
