Key Responsibilities
Clean, polish, and maintain all hotel surfaces including:
Marble and stone floors
Metal fixtures (brass, stainless steel, chrome, etc.)
Glass panels, mirrors, and decorative surfaces
Lobby areas, elevators, handrails, and door frames
Operate polishing equipment safely and effectively.
Apply appropriate cleaning and polishing chemicals according to hotel standards.
Follow correct procedures for floor maintenance, buffing, and restoration.
Inspect areas regularly and report any damage or maintenance needs.
Ensure work is completed efficiently with minimal guest disruption.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
Comply with all safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Support housekeeping and engineering teams when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in polishing, housekeeping, or facility maintenance preferred (not required).
Knowledge of cleaning and polishing materials for different surfaces.
Ability to operate polishing machines and floor-care equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
